“ I had the BEST Customer experience today on my quick lunch run for my 3pc order. I visited between 1110a 1130a today. KUDOS to the young lady that took my order, Very PLEASANT, CUSTOMER FOCUSED, PHENOMENAL Character Service with my order and upselling skill, if I could have an Apple pie I truly would have purchased 2 just because of her upbeat etiquette. THANK YOU...SUPERB!! The gentleman that checked me out in the drive thru...AWESOME Customer service and etiquette as well..KUDOS to you both today. Its so refreshing to receive great service in this crazy time of life were in and from young Adults today at this Popeyes location..I APPRECIATE you!! My food was fresh, hot, tasty and I didnt know that Cajun Sparkle was still around... ”
“ This was my children and I first time eating Popeyes ever! The customer service was excellent! The restaurant was clean . Food was fast! The staff communicated to one another professionally . The staff came out to our table with our food. Which I only experienced at Chic Fila. They were also fun. It was nice to hear laughs coming from the kitchen and the Manager getting along with the other crew. My children were happy with their food and the surprise of Popeyes! “ Customer service was good.Food came out hot and my whole order was right. The wait time was good. They could do better with having the condiments filled. If you do NOT eat PORK, please make sure you ask what has pork and what doesnt. Majority of their food has pork in them. I feel like that should be told or at least put on the menu to warn people. ”

“ At first, I was not happy about waiting 15 minutes for chicken. I was in the drivethrough and pulled up to park to see if the hubby wanted to wait that long, and he said yes. Well, while Im pulling out to get back in line, a nice man came out and said mam we have what you want, pull up to the window and we will take care of you. That was sweet and very nice. Great customer service and no I didnt have to wait 15 minutes. Thanks ”
“ This location has went downhill since 2021 when the customer service was there. Yesterday 11425 we placed a mobile app order and the drink was a strawberry frozen lemonade. When we pulled up to the drive thru we were told they dont have any frozen lemonades, so I asked how were we able to order it if its unavailable and he couldnt answer that. So instead of him saying for your inconvenience is it anything else I could offer you, he tried to debate with me the cost of what I paid, he cant count. I parked and went into the restaurant to show them I paid with taxes 10.91 and with just the entree and side it came to 9.90 with taxes, so that 1 I would like to use towards another item and the GM Mindy said no initially like she wasnt comprehending what I was asking her. Popeyes hires anybody because the GM has no customer service skills, she doesnt know how to count either, and she shouldve turned off the option to order the frozen lemonade like she said she could have done and we would not have had any issues. When we got home and opened the Mac and Cheese we were giving a half a scoop, but charged the full price, which had never happened. I would rather pass this location to visit another one because clearly the ownerPopeyes doesnt care how this place is ran based off the other many negative reviews. This GM needs to be replaced with someone who should already have customer service and management skills and provide additional customer service to your staff because without customers you wont have a business. ”
“ Just went and picked up a Turkey for Thanksgiving. The lady who seemed to be the manager was very friendly and engaging. Brough my turkey out pretty quick, even though they were busy. The turkey was very good. ”
